Iris graduated in 2001 and became Assistant Secretary at Barloworld`s head office. She held this position for six years and joined Barloworld Automotive in October 2007 as a director of the company`s secretariat, where she currently works with the legal department and works with the company`s secretary. Juggling studies, work and motherhood wasn`t easy, but Iris is grateful to her department head at the time, Michael Barnett, who understood her situation. Andronicca joined Barloworld in April 2014 as Head of Group Internal Audit and has been Executive Director of Finance for Barloworld Equipment in the Southern Africa region for the past 5 years. Andronicca has served on various boards of directors of Group companies, including as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bartrac, our joint venture in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Credit Committee of Barloworld-Equipment in Southern Africa. Prior to joining Barloworld, she was an audit partner at KPMG. As Chief Operating Officer of Equipment southern Africa, Andronicca has been appointed as a member of Barloworld`s Executive Committee effective 1 February 2022.
