Snowplow: A vehicle modified for snow removal purposes is exempt from weight limits if it operates on, reverses or returns to the snow or ice removal route after ploughing snow or ice, and is at all times exempt from the maximum tire weight provisions (Me. Below is a list of the sections of track currently identified as heavy-duty industrial corridors and their applicable weight limits: Tandem Unit: A large tandem unit must be registered for the gross weight it supports and certified by the original manufacturer to support that weight.
