Participants will translate specific legislative proposals into legislative proposals. The instruction covers the basis for the development of common legal provisions. The U.S. legislative process is presented as a case study. By December 31, 2023, Minnesota licensed attorneys can meet legal education requirements by viewing and reporting up to 30 credits from on-demand programs.
